• Participate in ERP implementation projects from analyzing the business requirements to design required solution and configuring ERP system to meet the business needs.• Ensure effective usage of application portfolio.• Provide support and maintenance of ERP systems, mainly Microsoft Ax Dynamics.• Respond to any IT application incidents within a timely and efficient manner.• Provide technical support to users on all business applications used in the company and solve any issues, errors reported.• Ensure software integrity between objects on production environment and test environment.• Create and maintain all business application documentation.• Perform test scenarios for implemented solutions.• Administration of the system creates user accounts, assign privilege, permissions and access control roles.• Perform ERP system backup and recovery including disaster recovery scenarios.• Compiling required data into reports for the respective user departments.• Adhere to set of process and procedures. • Responsible to coordinate activities between the project manager, team of software developers and clients throughout the project lifecycle.• Interact with clients to comprehend their needs and note down the features required in the software and their core modules.• Guide the project team members in the procedure of documenting the business need and data and in configuring the modules• Inspect the functionality and application of the software in terms of client's expectations and find out the deviations or inefficiencies• Supervise the implementation of the Dynamics Ax Software and ensure the end user's acquaintance with the software. • Counsel the team of software developers to develop tailor made applications and modules to suit client's requirements.• Provide direct support, online or over-phone to the users and developers and resolve their technical queries.• Plan the project schedules and support the management in implementing each step on time and obtain desired results.
