Running the MRP system is supported by several useful reports created in Business Intelligence Platform before implemented by me.

Transferring SAP data and functionality to NAVISION

Being involved in project of moving new bought company from SAP to NAVISION:

-              identifying the data in SAP and exporting to MS SQL tables;

-              matching the data to NAVISION requirements and importing them;

-              customizing Navision according to new company requirements;

-              running the BI Platform based on Microsoft Reporting Services and Microsoft Analysis Services

 

Business Intelligence Platform(Microsoft BI)

Creatingthe Company Business Intelligence platform based on Microsoft Analysis Servicesand Microsoft Reporting Services (about 200 reports and charts):

-              collecting information from several location andsystems and summarizing in Analysis Services;

-              Profit and Loss Reports based on Microsoft Navisionas data source;

-              Set of reports related to Sales Orders collected inNavision and Business Tool;

-             analysis and reports for TOP Management (based datastored in MS SQL

-              running the Warehouse Management System to maintainthe FGs and components         flow duringstages of production; creating corresponded SOPs for warehousing team;

-              creating the Excel solution to allow calculatingcomponents requirements based on        ProductionPlan and Where Use Table;

Business Process Modeling

Recognizingand remodeling company’s business processes according to steps in theimplementation of Business Tool and the installation of NAVISION (SalesForecasting, Product Costs estimating, and Royalties Payments calculation).
