·         Dynamics GP Technical Lead for migration from Great Plains to SAP NorthAmerican Implementation.  Responsible forall Master Data Extracts, Historical Sales Extracts, Open Receivable Extractsand Inventory Extracts.  Createdreconciliation tools for Great Plains Plants to reconcile Inventory andAccounts Receivable Load to SAP.  ProvidedGo Live Support for all newly converted plants.

·         Performed requirements gathering and Map and Gap to facilitatemigration from Great Plains to SAP.

·         Dynamics GP implementation lead for multiple Great Plains upgrades from6.0 to 7.5 and from 7.5 to 9.0. Coordinating the implementation of new features and reporting forfinance as well as operations.

·         Performed Crystal Reports Upgrade from version 8.5 to XI for SubsidiaryWeb Reporting Environment.

·         Technical Lead for Plant Divestiture with Revenues of$175MM, created new database entity for divested plants, removed proprietaryinformation not deemed part of the sale. 

·         Successfully managed the implementation Activity Based Costing for subsidiarylocations.

Dynamics GP and Other Applications and Project Support

·         Provided international Great Plains support for 6 Lubrizol CorporationSubsidiaries’ with $300 million in revenue; in a multi-instance Centralized GPEnvironment.  (Modules include GL, AP,AR, Inventory, SOP and Manufacturing. 

·         Created Crystal Reports for manufacturing operations personnel reducingthe Great Plains Enhancement fee by 12% annually.

·         Automated monthly sales reporting using SQL and Excel MS Query; providingreal time reporting to the sales force and their customers, eliminating the CSRmanual process. 

·         Created Crystal Reports for monthly inventory cycle counting and variancereconciliation reducing the inventory closing time by 30%.

·         Created SQL extracts identifying new materials and changes to materialsfrom internal MSDS System for import into SAP Health and Safely applications inEurope, resulting in daily versus quarterlytracking and permitting the tracking of changes for the first time.

·         Extracted and formatted legacy data from various Health and SafetyTracking databases to be imported into new global Lubrizol Health, Safety,Environment and Security Tracking System.  

Responsible for all servers, computers, communicationsystems and applications for 3 long term care pharmacies serving approximately10,000 beds.  Responsibilities includeoverseeing installation, maintenance and support of operating systems,communication systems and applications, ensuring backup systems operateeffectively, purchasing hardware and software, providing information technologyinfrastructures for the organization, and contributing to organizational policyregarding quality standards and strategic planning

·         Created Test/QA and Disaster Recovery Environments for testing ofupgrades, development of interfaces between pharmacy software and document managementsystem as well as report development.

·         Developed and tested Information Technology Disaster Recovery processand procedures.

·         Installed and implemented web based interface that allows long termcare facilities access to their patient profile, inquire as to the status of apatients drug orders, print online medical records and check medicationinteractions.

·         Developed, created and maintained the SQL stored procedures, SQLtables, and nightly jobs for data transfers between pharmacy software andfinancial systems for better and easier reporting purposes.

·         Managed the implementation of multiple pharmacy software upgrades.  Coordinating the implementation of newfeatures and reporting for all aspects of the pharmacy.

·         Developed and maintained various crystal reports.
