· Responsibility for specific targets and goals for outbound lead activity.
· Follow up on sales inquiries from inbound emails and phone calls
· Generate leads by cold calling, lead generation activities, networking.
· Enter each lead into the database for follow-up by applicable business unit. Maintain internal contact database
· Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
· Call companies across geographies and talk to professionals about their business needs and initiatives.
· Identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company by speaking with multiple company representatives.
· Part of the client and the implementation team while providing the implementation and training phase wise.
