Responsible for the following:

-> Leadership - responsible for taking the leadership in mentoring the junior consultants for knowledge growth
-> Documentation - properly document any customization requirements for customers/clients. Documentation includes the ff: purpose, objective, customization details (screen shots), description and test scripts.
-> Conduct core team training - provides a class room type training using MS Dynamics training manuals
-> Business Process Review - detailed discussion of different scenarios and processes which are to be mapped in MS Dynamics
-> Work Instruction - a step by step documentation on how to perform different scenarios and processes to MS Dynamics which are discussed in Business Process Review
-> Master File Build Up/Data Conversion - provides a excel template and guidance on master file build up which will be uploaded in MS Dynamics application. Upload all master file in MS Dynamics.
-> End User Training - provides assistance to end user training
-> Pilot Run/Conference Room Pilot - execute and test the application by using different scenarios and processes to ensure all setup, installation and master files are complete and correct
