Upgrades from 3.0 to 4.0 and from 4.0 to 5.0 version. Reasonable approach and basic principles of system design made upgrades a pretty easy process. Never involved consulting companies: everything resolved using internal resources. Organized everything: from choosing system to installation and setup, as well as business processes description (IDEF methodology) and automatization, additional business-specific modules. Deployed: trade&logistics, finance, fixed assets, managerial accounting and reporting, CRM, partly Production, new modules: Help Desk, Linear Cable System Management (accounting of optical fiber lines, including visualization using Visio), map integration . Global search system. Integration with RAP accounting system, workflow (Docs Vision), billing.
Finance (Dept: 3 people + head of dept.): creating managerial accounting dept., organization and managerial reporting deployment. Telecom business objects investment project calculation. Methodology of accounting on the basis of IFRS, integration with RAP system. Optimization of data input and reporting.
