01/2000 to 12/2009: In my job at Mindkey I worked on a OEM solution for Microsoft, I have been involved in all phases of development and lifting modules from Ax version 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0.
I have made prototype, technical design, estimates and coding of newfeatures. Most recently in the form of Compensation Management for Ax 2009.
I have created data upgrade runs, unit testing, bug and hot fixes. C ode lifts to new best practices,performance or trustworthy computing requirements or new versions. I coded EP since 3.0 and been involved in the transition to Asp.Net in 5.0.

Application wise I am expert in Mindkeys modules in addition to HRM and also Balanced Scorecard, Business Process Management and Questionnaire.
However, I have made several adjustments to customer Warehouse and Project module. Notably hour registration with integration to project - based on 4.0 EP and for a British client.
