A majority ofbusiness processes are currently supported using nothing more than excelspreadsheets. These spreadsheets can neither support nor drive the executionprocess. The spreadsheets do not make it easy to implement standardizedbusiness processes, acquire and manage quality data and gather insights onbusiness performance.

Project requirements:
The system would permitbetter management of the deal pipeline - capturing the prospect information,the interactions and converting this into customer data without having tore-key the information. Such a system would save the sales employees who usethe service considerable time and it would increase the chance of them closingthe deal. This would improve both their quality of work life and theirproductivity. Getting reminders on tasks and activities related to a prospectcan help manage the prospect better. Having all the information related toprospect in a system allows other employees to take over the interaction, ifnecessary.
Also, billing processautomation needed to be automated – capturing CDR details to the system andcalculating the Bill.
Solution Provided:
Built a Billing module in which we scanned the CDR from Excel Formatand according the PLAN RATES (Virtual Inventory) bill was generated.
Customization captured inModules: CRM, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Inventory, Billing andEnterprise Portal.
