Property Accounting:

ERP Manager:
· Responsible for entire company’s (151 Properties and the Home Office) computer and IT needs
· Implemented and trained others on Microsoft Dynamics GP including 2 upgrades (including data integrity during and after upgrades)
· Installed, configured and trained others all 3rd party applications to Great Plains to include Integration Manager
· Installed, implemented and trained others on FRx - wrote all reports for FRx
· Acted as solitary help desk on software packages mainly Great Plains, but also including Excel, RentRoll and OneSite as well as Systems Administrator on all hardware and Citrix Servers
· Ran SQL Queries when needed

· Responsible for implementation, set-up and roll-out of property level reporting software (RentRoll)
· Responsible for conversion to Great Plains home office financial software to include data integrity testing during upgrades

· Responsible for and supervised 2 Great Plains upgrades and the upgrade to SQL databases
· Responsible for troubleshooting all software and IT-related matters
