Provide Dynamics SL accounting transaction assistance to clients to show how to best capture a range of simple to complex transactions. Prove out transactions in General Ledger originating from module processes. Responsible for providing Dynamics SL consultation to existing clients.  Provide timely delivery of successful support solutions to clients as requested. Team member on several Dynamics SL implementations. Provide custom training solutions on all modules for each client as requested. Handle the volume of support requests as they entered the queue. Correspond timely with each client regarding a range of issues and questions. Implement 3rd party solutions according to client needs and company recommendations. Maintain client satisfaction at the highest level possible. Resolve client issues using Microsoft accepted practices as much as possible. Provide custom reporting solutions using Crystal and FRx to clients as requested. Assist clients with bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, month-end close and cash applications

Provide detailed accounting assistance in Budgets, Financial Reporting, General ledger, Accounts Payable, Receivables, Payroll, Inventory, Taxes and employee management.
