I work in a Support Team delivering phone and web based support to customers using software sold and supported by Calyx.
I have gained a good varied knowledge of the numerous applications such as:
o Microsoft Dynamics GP
o Microsoft Dynamics CRM
o Microsoft SQL Server
o Microsoft SharePoint and Business Portal
o Microsoft Windows Server
o Internet Information Services (IIS)
o Integration Manager
The calls require a sound understanding of SQL and ability to extract data and manage databases including carrying out routine health checks, creating SQL jobs and views, backing up and restoring databases.
The calls need to be resolved by agreed Service Level Agreements
I need to be flexible to assist other Calyx teams as required, sometimes attending sites to hand hold on role outs or to trouble shoot multiple issues on larger sites
Being innovative and creative in designing bespoke solutions to solve customer requirements
