I managed a team (of up to 5 staff) producing management information for the Cattles Group.

 We produced training reports on employees from five different subsidiaries.

 We designed and produce electronic Policy Tests for four different functions across the Cattles Group. We delivered reports on completed Policy Tests to all levels of staff.

 We wrote training materials and delivered training to rollout new software developments. Rollouts included introducing Siebel Software to Cattles Subsidiaries. Siebel replaced software for Cattles subsidiaries’ Accounting Software packages. Rollouts of software were trained to groups of up to twelve in sessions either on the delegate’s site or at in house training facilities in Nottingham.

 We developed training materials and delivered training on Microsoft Office software.

My specific areas of expertise include:

 Recognising problems and recommending and designing IT solutions using Business Objects, Access and Excel.

 Delivering presentations and training materials to all levels of staff.

 Being able to adapt to different business needs at short notice.
