Responsibilities:

· to contribute in the creation of the functional design for the “Reynolds&Reynolds, incadea”, the international solution for the automotive business according to the customers’ requirements

· to create and review functional design documents

· to contribute in the MIS reporting project

· to design business analysis reports

· to create process flow descriptions for our software and

· to support the creation of software documentation

Responsibilities:

· Contact for all locations in MS Dynamics NAV

· Personnel management of employees

· Controlling the budget and development of measures to reduce costs

· Personal planning using external resources

· Head of the Steering Committee to implement the software requirements (new software and functional changes)

· Constant monitoring of software quality, including documentation

· Rollout planning in MS Dynamics NAV for all locations
