• Providing technical support to users in their day-to-day workings.

• Conducting user training.

• Performing process analysis & design various workflows.

• Testing, implementation & documentation of the process.

•  Performing system set-up.

• Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve corporate goals.

• Install the Blackberry Enterprise Server and Device configurations.

• Consulting users & providing them solutions in various modules in Navision Attain like Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Inventory & Finance.

• Providing technical support to users in their day-to-day workings.

• Conducting user training.

• Performing process analysis & design various workflows.

• Migrating data from existing database using Dataports.

• Testing, implementation & documentation of the process.

•  Performing system set-up.

•  Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve corporate goals.
