Performed Microsoft CRM 4.0 and 2011 database implementation, customized design, created workflows,reporting, and training for 10 different divisions. Integrated with MS SharePoint, Exchange, MS SQL Servers, Outlook and mobile access. Support,repair and maintain inventory on desktops, laptops, software, printers and scanners. Call Center customer support. Researched and recommended hardware and software purchasing. Attended Disaster Recovery, Security meetings and training as part of that team.

Successful in consolidating and designing database for 10 separate business divisions into1 uniformed business process for the purpose of consistent tracking and reporting.
