Hardware Department Manager

In collaboration with the CEO and COO, I established the hardware department to manage Lunasat international supplier base and Lunasat main warehouses (Lebanon, Iraq and Dubai).

Duties:
- Managing suppliers and negotiating business contracts and agreements
- Handling Sales Department requests
- Responding to RFPs and tenders
- Advising on forthcoming VSAT and Telecom product developments
- Handling the shipment and delivery of hardware

Achievements:
- Established a complete business process of purchasing, delivery and receiving of products
- Introduced the company to new African markets (Nigeria, Uganda)

Projects

UN French Troops: 
Designing and implementing a wireless network supporting VOICE over VSAT for the UN French Troops, the project was implemented in 3 major camps South of Lebanon containing more than 3000 French troopers.

Project 55: 
In coordination with ITPC (Iraqi Telephone and Post Company)- the equivalent of the Iraqi Ministry of Telecommunication- the task was to expand the PSTN network consisting of 100 Microwave links.
