·         GP Software Implementation, includes business process review, installation, configuration, integratioin, training, report writing and preparation of data migration templates.  

·         Learnt new modules for Australia base clients Wennsoft products, Workplace, Bankpro, Nolan Bank products, BAS and EFT's.

·         Conducts Software and database upgrade for existing clients.

·         Systems support and maintenance for existing clients.
·         Updates Microsoft ceritifications for partner requirements.

·         Pioneer team member (incorporator), help developed the company practice

·         Supervises consultants in performing company deliverables to clients

·         Conduct trainings and business process review

·         Sets expectation with clients’ project manager

·         Reports implementation updates to project stakeholders

·         Manage Microsoft Partner Source site, clients’ billings and collections
