• Monthly reconciliation of Supplier’s account.
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Monthly Wages Calculations of Labours.(Prox One Thousand)
• Verification of Store Issue Vouchers related to each projects
• Tracking of Sundries issued to each engineers for meeting their proj expenses.
• Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings and track receivables,
• Assist with the fiscal year-end and fixed asset accounting.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level
