From May 2004 until April 2011 (7 years) he worked as a senior software developer for Columbus IT, one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics AX partners. Still having great relations with them and doing some freelance work for their projects.
Starting from 2011 he has been developing and consulting Dynamics AX as a freelancer, as he has preferred to do more remote work for the following few years when travelling. This involved doing remote work for Scalable Data Systems in Australia, mainly ISV solution upgrades to Dynamics AX 2012.
Starting from the end of 2012 he joined the product development team for Daxeam enterprise asset management solution at UXC Eclipse where he is currently working.
Some snippets from his recent work in the portfolio include:
- Agile product development of a ISV solution (Daxeam) on AX 2012/R2 platform, following SCRUM guidelines
- Upgrades to Dynamics AX 2012 for the ISV solutions of Scalable Data Systems
- Very first MS Dynamics AX for Retail implementation worldwide, which was for the Tallinn Department Store in Estonia. His role was to be the lead developer in this 12+ months project.
- Lead developer for the Dynamics AX ERP implementation projects for Pere, Dunker, Elcoteq, Estonian Post Ltd. etc.
